Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your items, please review our Returns & Exchanges policy below.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact (box, dust bag, receipt, card, ribbons, shopping bag).
  • Sale items, personalized, and customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Return an Item
To return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at email address or via WhatsApp.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items within the 14-day return period. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Let us know what you would like to exchange your item for.
  2. Return the Item: Follow the return instructions to send the original item back.
  3. New Order: Once we receive the return, we will ship out the exchanged item to you. You will only be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the original item. The cost of the new item will be processed according to your new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items and provide you with a replacement or a full refund.

6. Late Returns

  • We can only accept returns or exchanges made within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.

7. How to Package Your Return

  • Please ensure the item is carefully packed to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
  • Use the original packaging (box, dust bag, etc.) whenever possible to protect the item.
